Overview
Secan Asistan lets small businesses handle customer questions across WhatsApp, Telegram, and website chat with AI. Messages are processed on Cloudflare Workers and answered with Anthropic Claude. The assistant books appointments, sends automatic reminders, and hands off anything it cannot resolve to the business staff. Owners manage every conversation and booking from a white-label dashboard.
The assistant is live in production and running with real businesses. WhatsApp messaging permissions are approved by Meta. New businesses can launch through a managed setup, even without their own number.
